• All prices are listed in Polish Złoty (PLN) or Euros (EUR)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
• Payment must be received before shipping
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers

Order Confirmation

5. Selling Devices

Device Submission

When selling a device to WeSelliPhones, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the device
• The device is not stolen, counterfeit, or obtained illegally
• The device is not subject to any liens or encumbrances
• All information provided about the device is accurate
• You have removed all personal data and accounts
• The device is not activation locked or iCloud/Google locked

Inspection Fee

An inspection fee of €85 is required for all device submissions. This fee:

• Covers professional device inspection and testing
• Is fully refundable if the sale does not proceed
• Can be credited toward purchases from our shop
• Will be deducted from final payment if sale completes

Device Valuation

The initial quote provided is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined after our technicians complete a comprehensive inspection. We reserve the right to:

• Adjust the offer based on actual device condition
• Reject devices that do not meet our quality standards
• Return devices at no cost if our offer is not accepted

Payment for Sold Devices

• Payment is processed within 24 hours of final inspection approval
• Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, check, or store credit
• Store credit offers a 10% bonus on the sale value
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times

• Poland: 1-2 business days
• EU Countries: 3-5 business days
• Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances

• Free standard shipping on orders over €100
• Standard shipping: €9.99
• Express shipping: €19.99

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are fully insured.

7. Returns and Refunds

For purchased devices, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• Devices must be returned in original condition
• Original packaging should be included when possible
• Device must be free from additional damage
• Refund processing takes 3-5 business days
• Return shipping is free within the EU

Non-Returnable Items

• Devices damaged after delivery
• Devices with removed serial numbers or IMEI tampering
• Devices that fail to meet return conditions outlined above

8. Warranty

12-Month Limited Warranty

All devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering:

• Hardware defects and malfunctions
• Battery performance issues (below 80% health)
• Screen defects (dead pixels, discoloration)

• Charging port problems

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:
